University of Sydney is seeking two Assistant Development Managers to join the Property & Development team in University Infrastructure. You will help deliver up to 2,000 recent student beds, from feasibility through to delivery, across multiple sites on campus.
You will coordinate consultants and stakeholders, support procurement and budgeting, and contribute to business case inputs while working in a small, senior team with early responsibility and engagement with decision-makers.
