Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM / HRSD

Job Summary

n

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM and HRSD

n

implementations. The candidate should possess solid development capabilities

n

along with experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow

n

solutions to support business requirements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

 Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions.

n

 Customize applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies,

n

Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

n

 Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge

n

Management, and Lifecycle Events.

n

 Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and

n

MID Server.

n

 Work on Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer.

n

 Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

n

 Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment

n

activities.

n





 Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

n

 Follow ServiceNow development standards and governance practices.

n

Required Skills

n

 Strong JavaScript scripting experience.

n

 Expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.

n

 Experience with IntegrationHub and Service Portal.

n

 Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.

n

 Experience in Agile delivery model.

n

 Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

n

Mandatory Certifications

n

 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

n

 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

n

 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

n

At Least One Additional Certification (Nice to have)

n

 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD)

n

Preferred Certifications

n

 ITIL Foundation v4

n

 Certified Application Specialist (relevant ServiceNow modules)
