Verve Partners Pty, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a site team delivering commercial projects across NSW. You will support the Site Manager and Foreman, coordinate labour, ensure safety, and help keep programs on track.

You will lead site labour, coordinate with subcontractors, read drawings, manage materials and assist with builder's works. A proactive communicator with a strong safety mindset will thrive in this role, with transparent path to Site Management.
