Job Description

- Develop original motion graphics content such as lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals, templates, and User Interface (UI) design in Adobe After Effects

- Establish expertise in the production and creative area, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the project, and orchestrator for final products.

- Provide guidance, creative solutions and workflow on a variety of projects with high standards of quality, including television and motion picture productions with creative direction, lighting direction cinematography, music, sound effects, shorts, and feature-length productions for complex and unreleased technologies.

- Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment.

- Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

- B.S. in Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts, Multi-media, Communication or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years of related experience for videography and editing experience for a variety of production styles.

- Experience leading the entire production process from creative innovation to final delivery.

- Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous,



complex productions, with experience making creative and production trade offs balancing business needs and timing constraints.

- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.

- Experience in working across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.

- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale or small-scale pro
