Started by Regina as a small family operation, it has grown into one of the Northern Territory’s leading cleaning providers, offering everything from scheduled commercial and industrial cleaning, floor care and post-construction cleans to biohazard remediation and dedicated support for remote and regional communities.

Fully licensed, insured and WHS compliant, the company guarantees its work and is now looking for an experienced Commercial Housekeeper to join the team. A growing number of Darwin and Palmerston businesses now trust the company to keep their premises in top condition.

This role offers the chance to join an established local team and play a hands-on part in the standards of hygiene and presentation those clients count on every day.

In this role you will:•Clean, disinfect and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, staff rooms and other shared amenities, taking particular care with infection control in health clinics and childcare centres, and keep soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other consumables well stocked.•Keep every floor surface in top condition by sweeping and mopping hard floors, machine scrubbing tiles and grout, buffing and polishing vinyl and timber, and vacuuming and shampooing carpets, while also cleaning curtains, fabric chairs and other upholstered furniture.•Gather litter and rubbish from inside and around each site, empty waste and recycling bins, and carry the bagged contents to the designated collection points for removal,



leaving bin areas clean and orderly.•Deliver thorough top-to-bottom cleans of offices, health clinics, childcare centres, retail stores and other commercial interiors, extending the same care to entrances, walkways and other immediate outdoor areas so each site makes a strong first impression.•Dust, wipe down and polish desks, workstations, reception counters, shelving and other furniture, fixtures and fittings, with close attention to high-touch points such as door handles, light switches and benchtops.•Support the team on post-construction cleans, clearing builders’ dust, debris and residue so new and renovated premises are ready for handover, and lend a hand with urgent flood and fire damage clean-ups when required.•Follow WHS procedures and each site’s cleaning checklist, wearing the right PPE, handling chemicals in line with safety data sheets, keeping equipment clean and in valuable working order, reporting any hazards or damage promptly and securing premises after each clean.

About you:•At least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial housekeeping or commercial cleaning•AQF Certificate I, or completion of compulsory secondary education•Reliable, punctual and trustworthy, with a keen eye for detail and real pride in a spotless finish•Safety-conscious and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, staying calm and focused when a job is urgent or time-critical•Friendly and clear in your communication, treating clients, their staff and their premises with courtesy and respect

Salary & Employment Conditions:•Permanent, full-time position, typically 38 hours per week•$75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation per annum
