The Lucy Rose Clinic is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media strategy and growth. This role focuses on turning ad spend into qualified appointments, leveraging Meta and Google ads, with an emphasis on revenue growth and profitability.

You will lead a small team, shape creative, analyze funnels and make budget decisions to improve CAC and ROAS across campaigns. Flexible remote, part time or fractional arrangements available.
