Job Description

Krost Business Furniture is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join our team in West Melbourne. This role involves representing our company in selling a wide range of business furniture solutions to various industrial, business and qualified establishments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing expert advice on our products, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications and Work Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

Relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Familiarity with the latest market trends and competitor offerings.





Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand lists of prospective clients through various research methods.
- Keep updated on product developments, competitor offerings and market conditions.
- Engage with potential clients to uncover and pursue sales opportunities.
- Provide tailored advice to meet customer needs, negotiating pricing and terms to close sales.
- Oversee logistics of product delivery and installation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate sales achievements and market feedback to management.
- Follow up with clients to resolve any issues and encourage repeat business.
- Compile and submit accurate sales reports and expense documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent Pay: $79,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus superannuation Supplemental Pay: Commission and performance bonus Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday Licence: Driver Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person, 617-643 Spencer St, West Melbourne VIC 3003
