Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney seeks an Equipment & Facilities Manager to be the state escalation point for all equipment issues, coordinating rapid responses and replacements to keep restaurants trading. You will manage contracts, monitor spend and trends, and drive down downtime and OPEX while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a trade qualification or degree in Engineering/ Maintenance, robust supplier management, and willingness to travel within the state.
