The Opportunity:
Our client is based on the city fringe of Brisbane and is a well-respected advisory/accounting firm. They are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Administrator to join the team. This role is available to due to substantial growth across the firm. With a strong focus on AI and automation, this is an opportunity that will appeal to someone who is keen to embrace new ideas and is able to pivot with growth.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be undertaking a full function CSA role which includes:

- Providing administration support to a team of Accountants across 3 offices.
- Liaising with clients and assisting with queries.
- Onboarding of new clients and updating database.
- Correspondence on behalf of Accountants.
- Preparation of documents on behalf of Accountants.
- Liaising with the ATO.
- Liaising with ASIC and undertaking associated duties.
- Assisting with general administration tasks and special projects as required.
- Utilizing internal AI and automation systems

About You:




Ideally you will have at least 5 years of experience providing administrative support to a team of Accountants. Most importantly you will be keen to embrace AI and automation! You will also have:

- Client-centric approach to your work.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and pre-empt next steps.
