About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly respected financial planning firm with a longstanding reputation for delivering bespoke advice to HNW clients. Unlike traditional paraplanning positions, this role offers significant involvement in strategy development, research and financial modelling, working closely with advisers to design tailored solutions for complex client circumstances.

You will collaborate with advisers and fellow paraplanners to develop sophisticated advice strategies and produce high quality documentation that supports exceptional client outcomes.

- Develop and model complex financial planning strategies for HNW clients
- Prepare comprehensive SOAs and ROAs across a range of advice areas
- Conduct detailed research, calculations and scenario modelling
- Analyse client structures including trusts, SMSFs and multiple entities
- Collaborate with advisers in strategy discussions and recommendation development

Skills & Experience

- Previous paraplanning experience within a financial planning practice
- Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning strategies
- Experience with superannuation, investments, retirement and risk advice
- Exposure to SMSFs, trusts, estate planning and entity structures advantageous
- Proficient in Xplan and financial planning software
