We're seeking an Operations Control Centre (OCC) Supervisor to join our Dandenong Head Office and help deliver the operational excellence that keeps thousands of passengers moving every day.

About the Role

Ventura's Operations Control Centre (OCC) is the hub of our network, supporting drivers and coordinating services across Melbourne. As an OCC Supervisor, you'll lead real-time operational responses, support frontline teams and help ensure safe, reliable and efficient transport services for our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead responses to operational disruptions, delays and critical incidents.
- Support drivers using GPS tracking, CCTV and operational systems.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, depots and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Arrange replacement drivers and vehicles as needed.
- Deliver our network KPI’S (Reliability and On Time Running)

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Experience in operations, transport, logistics, dispatch or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership,



communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day and night shifts.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).

The ability to obtain a National Police Check is essential.
