Main duties will include:

- Check the quality of raw materials before use
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and meet safety standards
- Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare dough and pastry by mixing, kneading and molding, and carry out additional steps such as resting, cutting and shaping as required
- Operate machines which roll, knead, shape and mould dough, slice bread and cut biscuits
- Track baking conditions by observing oven heat levels and the appearance of products to adjust baking times when necessary
- Coordinate the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and other products




- Prepare pastry fillings as required for production
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as required
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and operation of a bakery before and after production runs to ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for:

- At least one year of experience
- A hardworking, dedicated professional with attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Salary: 73,000-74,000 AUD
