Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute a diverse menu that aligns with our restaurant’s vision, Bhutanese dishes.
- Prepare meals in accordance with customer dietary requirements and preferences.
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with management on menu updates and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen and have the knowledge and skill in preparing Bhutanese cuisine (Must).
- Expertise in Bhutanese cuisine or willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in Bhutanese cuisine is a must.
