Cut Castle Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced full-time Hairdresser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, colouring and treating hair, while maintaining high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.

Due to the ongoing needs of our business, we are looking for an experienced Hairdresser with strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a busy salon environment.

What you will do:

Consult with clients to understand their hairdressing needs and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments and hair care products.

Cut, trim, shape and style hair using scissors, clippers, razors and other professional hairdressing tools.

Perform hair colouring, highlighting, bleaching, straightening and permanent waving treatments.

Shampoo, condition and provide specialised hair and scalp treatments.





Analyse hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Provide skilled advice on hair maintenance, styling techniques and suitable hair care routines.

Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation, including cleaning and sanitising equipment.

Manage client appointments and ensure high standards of customer service.

Stay up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques and industry developments.

We are looking for someone who is able to join us on a permanent and full-time basis.

Applicants without relevant professional hairdressing experience should not apply, as this role requires someone who can work independently and confidently from day one.

We are offering a competitive salary of $79,423 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
