Livewell Care Services is an cutting-edge NDIS provider seeking dedicated support workers to provide support for clients with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. You will be working independently and also in a team with the flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends. Shift length is generally 8 hrs and flexible.

Key responsibilities

- Personal care
- Domestic chores
- Documentation
- Community access
- Available for mornings, afternoon and night shifts
- Other duties as required for client

About you

- Being friendly and patient with people living with disability
- Professional attitude and willing to learn and be committed to continuous personal development
- Competent writing, comprehension, and verbal skills
- Confident use of hoist and mobility aids
- Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone




- Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position
- Ability to work independently
- Either have or willing to obtain a Certificate III in Disability
- Current Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current blue card and yellow card (or NDIS Worker Screening)
- First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Mental health experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
