nWe are seeking an experienced ERP Program Delivery Manager to lead a major whole-of-government digital transformation initiative within the public sector.n
n
nThis is an exciting chance for a senior program leader to oversee program establishment, mobilisation, governance and delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation, initially focused on Finance, with future capabilities spanning Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory, Payroll and HR.n
n
Key Responsibilitiesn
n

n
- Lead end-to-end program planning, mobilisation and delivery.
n
- Establish program governance, assurance, reporting and control frameworks.
n
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
n
- Drive procurement, vendor selection and implementation partner mobilisation.
n
- Engage senior executives and key stakeholders across complex government environments.
n
- Oversee organisational change, business readiness, transition planning and benefits realisation.
n
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice to executive governance bodies.
n

Essential Requirementsn
n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering ERP or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
n




- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex ICT or business transformation programs.
n
- Previous experience within government environments.
n
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
n
