We're a Wella Colour Expert salon at 90 Glenferrie Road, Malvern, and this year we were finalists at the Digital Hair Awards in four categories: Best Hair Shot, Best Consultation, Best Blonde Specialist and Best Haircut.

We're growing, and we're looking for a full-time Qualified Hairdresser to join our team.

What you'll be doing

- Cutting, foiling, tinting, blowouts and straightening services
- Leading thorough consultations and recommending looks that suit each client
- Building a loyal client base through great service, rebooking and honest homecare advice
- Recommending treatments and retail that keep your clients' hair healthy between visits




- Contributing to our Instagram and TikTok content (photos and reels)
- Staying current with trends through ongoing training

What you'll bring

- A Certificate III in Hairdressing, or equivalent proven experience
- At least 3 years' experience as a hairdresser
- Strong colour skills and confidence across all areas of hairdressing
- Excellent communication and a warm, skilled manner
- Outstanding time management in a busy salon
- A love of learning and a team-first attitude
