The Victorian Government is seeking three fixed-term Access and Pathways Officers based in Coburg to support Thriving Kids. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for children and families, listening, understanding needs and guiding them to the most appropriate pathway across allied health supports.
In this role you’ll triage, provide information and referrals, liaise with multidisciplinary teams, and help families navigate education, health, and community services.
