The Good Tiger is a fully licensed contemporary South East Asian located in Brighton South Australia。 We are known for our fusion of Asian and South-Eastern culinary food. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of South East Asian dishes
- Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with head chef and owner in creating recent dishes
Required CV:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen
- Solid understanding of South East Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary presentation styles
- Ability to use Wok cooking technique is not compulsory but add merit to application.
