Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Physiotherapist Level 4 to join the Osteoporosis Refracture Prevention Service as Fracture Liaison Coordinator. This permanent, part-time role focuses on coordinated fracture prevention across Recent South Wales, with duties based at Westmead Hospital and allied sites.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams to identify at-risk patients, implement evidence‑based care pathways, monitor outcomes, and contribute to NSW Health osteoporosis programs.
