Join a global consultancy delivering major projects across commercial, healthcare, data centre and infrastructure sectors. This is a senior commercial role where you'll own cost management from early cost planning through to final account.

What you'll do

- Lead cost management on your own projects, from feasibility to final account
- Run tenders, evaluate submissions and advise on procurement strategy
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, BOQs and variation assessments
- Own cashflow, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Be the client's trusted adviser and mentor junior QSs

What you'll bring

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years' QS experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Confident client-facing communicator who builds lasting relationships




- Proven ability to run projects independently and guide others
