Posi-Track & Excavator Operator – Residential Construction

- $48–$50 per hour + penalties, depending on experience
- Ongoing projects across Perth Metro – first project in Hamilton Hill
- Normal hours: 7:00 am–3:30 pm

CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Posi-Track and Excavator Operator to join a busy residential plumbing team working on unit builds across Perth.

This hands-on role combines machinery operation with some general labouring to assist the tradespeople and keep projects moving.

What you’ll be doing

- Operating Posi-Track and excavator machinery for site preparation, trenching and backfilling
- Supporting residential plumbing slab pre-lay works
- Assisting the team with general labouring when required
- Completing pre-start checks and operating machinery safely
- Maintaining tidy and secure work areas





What we’re looking for

- Proven experience operating both Posi-Track and excavator machinery
- Relevant plant operating tickets or competency evidence
- Experience working around underground services
- Current White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- A practical attitude and willingness to jump in and assist the team
