- You’ve spent years building your career. Your next practice should be somewhere you can see yourself staying.

After years in general practice, you know what makes a good clinic.
It’s not just about billing percentages or patient numbers.
It’s about having a capable team around you. Systems that work. Colleagues you respect. And the freedom to practise medicine the way you believe it should be practised.

You don’t necessarily want a different career. You just want a better place to practise it.

A practice built around valuable medicine and good people

At Woodville South GP, we’re a doctor-owned, mixed billing practice in Adelaide’s western suburbs. We offer:
Experienced practice management — a capable team that takes care of running the clinic.
Strong nursing and admin support — allowing you to focus on your patients.
A collegial medical team — experienced GPs who value thoughtful medicine, mutual respect and discussing cases with trusted colleagues.
Sustainable working arrangements — prioritising quality care over high-volume medicine.

Independence without isolation

There’s something rewarding about working alongside colleagues whose clinical judgement you respect.
People you can discuss a challenging case with, exchange ideas with or simply enjoy a conversation between patients.
Because professional autonomy and genuine collegiality should go hand in hand.

We understand that moving isn’t a small decision

If you’ve spent years building relationships with patients, changing clinics can feel daunting.
We’ll work with you to plan a supported transition, with a focus on continuity of care and helping you establish yourself.

We’re looking for a GP who wants to become part of our practice for years to come.

Let’s start with a conversation
If you’re curious whether there’s a better fit for the next stage of your career, we’d welcome a confidential, obligation-free conversation.
