ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA contractor seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join their Perth metro-based team.

This is an opportunity for a HSEQ professional to oversee health, safety, environmental and quality functions across construction and mining infrastructure operations throughout Western Australia.

The business is involved in a range of projects across the resources sector, including NPI. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing HSEQ systems, supporting operational teams and driving continuous improvement across the business.

The Role:

- Lead internal and external audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Provide guidance and leadership to HSEQ personnel, Supervisors and operational teams
- Work closely with senior management to improve safety performance and operational compliance
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor compliance across construction activities
- Manage HSEQ reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

- Previous experience in an HSEQ Manager,



HSE Manager or similar senior leadership role
- Robust background in civil construction, mining infrastructure or NPI projects
- Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety or Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience managing HSEQ systems, audits and incident investigations
- Proven ability to lead and support HSEQ personnel across multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to safety and operational risk management
