About the role

We're looking for an experienced, reliable and genuinely caring Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our award-winning boutique clinic in Balcatta.

This is primarily a Saturday position, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows, along with opportunities to provide holiday and leave cover throughout the year.

We're looking for someone who is confident in their skills, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.

Someone who can work independently, bring their own experience to the treatment room and deliver the warm, nurturing experience that A'Veen is known for.

What you'll be doing

- Performing personalised facial treatments with a focus on skin health and client wellbeing

- Providing professional body and facial waxing treatments

- Brow shaping and tinting

- Incorporating nurturing face, neck, shoulder and arm massage into facial treatments

- Offering thoughtful skincare advice and appropriate homecare recommendations

- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming treatment workplace

- Delivering consistently high standards of client care

- Managing appointments confidently and working independently when required

What we're looking for-

Essential:

- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy

- Previous hands-on industry experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years

- Confidence and competence in facial treatments, body waxing and brows





- A genuine commitment to regular Saturday shifts

- A warm, gentle and nurturing approach to treatments

- Excellent communication and client care skills

- Reliability, initiative and attention to detail

- A professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality treatments

- A willingness to learn and embrace our skin-first philosophy

Highly regarded, but not essential:

- Experience in relaxation massage

- Knowledge of corneotherapy and skin barrier health

- An interest in holistic skin health and wellbeing

- Experience with professional skincare ranges

- Additional availability during school holidays, annual leave and busy periods
