THE ROLE

As the Desktop Support Analyst, you'll provide high-touch end user support to the Sydney office - including senior stakeholders and VIPs.

Working within a small local team in Sydney (and alongside the broader national IT team), you'll combine hands-on in-person user support with project involvement and ongoing improvements.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted, visible member of the IT function, building relationships across the office while helping deliver a high-quality IT experience to end users.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support across Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, mobile devices, printers, business applications and network connectivity.
- Deliver high-touch, face-to-face and remote support to employees and senior stakeholders.
- Set up and troubleshoot meeting room technology, including AV and video conferencing.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding.




- Assist with security improvements, vulnerability remediation and incident follow-up.
- Support the adoption of AI tools and practices across the business.
- Contribute to hardware and software rollouts, upgrades, configurations and other technology projects.
- Full time in-office working 10am - 6:30pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES

Suitable for a Desktop Support Analyst who enjoys working directly with users, solving problems and delivering a positive customer experience.

You'll be comfortable in a corporate workplace, confident dealing with stakeholders at different levels, and take pride in being someone people can rely on when they need IT support.

Ideal if you are looking to broaden your skills and take on greater responsibility, with the potential to progress towards a lead role over time.

Skills & experience:

- Proven experience in IT Support or Desktop Support within a corporate or professional environments.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, laptops, desktop hardware, and iOS devices.
- Experience supporting meeting room technology, including AV and videoconferencing.




- Experience providing high touch support to VIPs or senior stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent role located in the Sydney CBD and is offering $90,000 - $100,000 (including super) - depending on experience.
