Working within a dedicated team this role will see you take ownership of both accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

About the Role

Reporting through to an impressive and supportive Finance Manager and working within a cooperative team your responsibilities will include:

- End to end Accounts Payable
- Approving the payment of supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Invoicing / billing
- Processing of customer payments
- Customer query resolution
- Collections and follow-up of overdue amounts
- Master-data maintenance
- Month-end reporting

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be required to have proven previous accounts payable and receivable experience in a busy, high- volume role.





Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.

Previous experience within the healthcare, aged-care or homecare industries would be an advantage.

Strong system skills, including OCR experience, will also be essential, with MS Dynamics an advantage.
