As an APS4 Service Delivery Officer, you will contribute to the effective administration of government grant programs by delivering high-quality operational and administrative support. Working in a team and within established legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks, you will exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities and contribute to the achievement of business outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, to resolve routine issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The key duties of the position include:

- work as part of a team to meet outcomes
- assist with performing data administration as required for grant applications
- accurately enter data into systems
- assist in the management of team mailboxes including the allocation of work through a request management system




- prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes within specified timeframes
- actively manage own workload and seek support and guidance as required
- assist with administrative tasks or easy projects as directed.
