Sandy Strait State School is proudly situated in Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast and caters for approximately 680 students.

Our school is supported by a collaborative Leadership Team comprising the Principal, Senior School Deputy Principal, Junior School Deputy Principal, full-time Head of Special Education Services (HOSES), full-time Head of Department - Curriculum (HOD-C), and Business Manager.

- A key requirement of this role is a strong knowledge and understanding of the Australian Curriculum and effective pedagogical practices, with the ability to support and develop teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

- The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within either the Junior or Senior School, depending on their strengths, experience and the needs of the school.
