Civil Project Engineer - Melbourne

We’re seeking a Project Engineer with at least three years’ experience in either FRP, structural steel, utilities or civil infrastructure to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and support safe, efficient project delivery. Experience in any one of these areas is suitable; experience across all four is not required.

- Salary: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience.

- Location: Melbourne

- Type: Full time

- Experience: 3+ years in at least one of the listed project areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate site works, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme requirements.

- Review drawings, specifications and work methods to support construction activities.

- Manage quality documentation, inspections, ITPs and project records.

- Track progress, costs and procurement, reporting issues to the Project Manager.

- Support site safety and environmental compliance throughout delivery.

Requirements





- At least three years’ project engineering experience in either FRP, structural steel, utilities or civil infrastructure.

- A relevant engineering qualification.

- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and manage technical queries.

- Strong communication, organisation and subcontractor coordination skills.

- Full Australian working rights and a current Australian driver's licence.
