Day to Day

- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 120 commercial properties
- Oversee a diverse mix of warehouses, retail shops and industrial complexes
- Handle end-to-end commercial property management responsibilities




- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, lease administration and day-to-day property operations
- Work within established systems and processes using Cirrus8
- Collaborate with a supportive team across the Ballarat and Geelong offices

About You

- Previous experience in commercial property management, or residential property management with a desire to transition into commercial
- Relevant industry qualifications and certification
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
- Resilient, approachable and able to take feedback in your stride
- Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of your portfolio
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

Candidates based in Ballarat are highly encouraged to apply. Melbourne-based candidates will also be considered, with the flexibility to work remotely four days per week and attend the Ballarat office one day per week.
