About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a small established portfolio of residential investment properties, supported by a team committed to delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing solid relationships with rental providers and renters.

- Overseeing day-to-day portfolio management.

- Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.

- Providing professional advice and guidance to clients.

- Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation.

- Working collaboratively with our leasing, inspections and administrative support team.

- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support portfolio growth.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in residential property management, ideally in a senior role.

- Sound knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and property management processes.

- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

- Confidence conducting rental appraisals, presentations and negotiating recent managements.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.

- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.

- Current Agent's Representative eligibility.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
