This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about the fashion industry. Working closely with our Design and Production teams, you’ll play an key role in coordinating product development, managing samples and liaising with our overseas manufacturing partners to bring our collections to life.

As our Production Assistant, you’ll support the team throughout the product development and production process, ensuring samples, timelines and factory communications are managed efficiently. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills and ability to juggle competing priorities will be essential in keeping production running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate the development of new styles, fabrics and trims
- Liaise daily with overseas manufacturing partners in China to track order statuses, fabric sourcing, lab dips and sample development
- Maintain and update production trackers to monitor development milestones and delivery schedules
- Attend fit meetings alongside Designers and Garment Technicians, coordinating feedback and sample revisions
- Work closely with Technical Designers to communicate fit comments, revision requests and packaging specifications to factories
- Manage the sample room, ensuring samples are organised, tracked and maintained




- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure production timelines and deadlines are met
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Design and Production teams

What you'll bring:

- Fluency in Mandarin is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Production Assistant or Design Assistant
- Sound knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and fitting processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative approach and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems (highly regarded)
- A genuine passion for fashion and an interest in the product development and production process
