We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Operations & Performance Officer to join our Asset & Maintenance team. Based in the Armidale area, this hands-on role is responsible for overseeing property assets, coordinating contractors, managing maintenance programs, and supporting projects that enhance the quality, safety, and sustainability of our homes.

A key focus of the role will be inspecting vacant properties, scoping required works, and coordinating upgrades to bring homes back to Homes North standards for new tenants.

Responsibilities will include:

- Conducting audits

- Property assessments

- General inspections to ensure asset upgrades on properties and reports

- Ensuring the timely turnaround of vacant properties.

- Managing and monitoring contractor performance

- Providing technical support and training to staff, including resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently.





- Quality assurance and service rendering activities

What you'll bring:

- Experience in property, facilities, asset, or maintenance management

- Building, trade, or property maintenance knowledge

- Solid contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
