Human Resources Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong workplace relationships, navigating employee relations matters, and helping people reach their full potential?

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality, practical HR support across our business. This is a true advisory role requiring strong experience in Employee Relations, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters, and policy interpretation. You will also contribute to the delivery of Learning & Development initiatives and support Workers Compensation and Injury Management processes. The successful candidate will be a trusted Advisor who can influence, coach, and support leaders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

- Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations and workplace issues
- Coaching and supporting leaders on HR best practices
- Assisting with policy development and compliance activities
- Coordinating learning and development programs and initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve employee capability and engagement
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture and employee experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong Employee Relations knowledge and experience managing complex HR matters
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- A passion for learning, development and building capability within teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Experience with workers compensation and return to work obligations highly regarded
