Cold Storage Voice Pickers with a current Forklift Licence to join their team in Eastern Creek.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, are keen to learn new skills and want to develop their experience in voice picking and forklift operations.

Please note: This role involves working in chilled and freezer environments, with temperatures ranging from approximately -5°C to -28°C. Applicants must be comfortable and capable of working in these conditions.

Shift Details

- Day shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

- Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Flexibility is essential, as shifts may extend to up to 10 hours per day depending on operational requirements. Overtime, standby shifts and occasional weekend work may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform voice-directed picking and general warehouse duties.

- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently.

- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately.





- Stack cartons and pallets safely and securely.

- Work efficiently in chilled and freezer storage areas.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

- Maintain accuracy, productivity and quality standards.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Essential Selection Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- A current and valid forklift licence.

- Previous warehouse experience and a sound understanding of warehouse operations.

- Experience operating an electric pallet jack (EPJ).

- Previous cold storage experience in chiller and freezer environments.

- Experience in pick-and-pack operations and carton stacking.

- Experience with voice picking is highly regarded.

- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties.

- Flexibility to work the advertised shift times, overtime and occasional weekends when required.

- Availability for potential standby shifts.

- A current driver's licence and reliable personal transport.

- Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills.

- A strong work ethic, reliable employment history and a positive attitude.

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Two work-related referees.

Desirable, but not essential: Previous high-reach forklift experience.
