As a Customer Lead Specialist, you will contact customers who have submitted enquiries through Nissan’s website, social media or digital channels, understand their level of interest, and pass genuinely interested prospects through to the appropriate Nissan dealers.

What You’ll Be Doing;

Lead Qualifier: Contact prospective Nissan customers who have submitted an enquiry through web, social or digital channels.

Customer Connector: Have short, structured outbound conversations to understand customer needs, purchase intent and next steps.

Dealer Handover: Pass genuine, qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate Nissan dealer with clear and useful information.

Accurate Recorder: Capture customer interactions, qualification outcomes and after-call notes clearly in the relevant system or lead-recording tool.

Customer Experience Champion: Maintain a friendly, professional and customer-first approach in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring; Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Confidence following a script and asking concise, relevant questions. Good time management and comfort working to daily activity expectations. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Experience using CRM, lead-management or customer-contact systems would be advantageous. Automotive experience is helpful but not essential.

Success in this role is about providing Nissan customers with a rapid and professional response to their enquiry, while giving Nissan dealers better-quality information to support a meaningful sales conversation. This is not a vehicle sales role; it is about identifying genuine customer intent, qualifying the opportunity and creating a seamless handover.
