About the role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, ensuring all project requirements, timelines, budgets and quality expectations are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a capable Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and our fabrication team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Managing projects from initial planning through to completion and handover

- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and timelines

- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams

- Monitoring project progress and proactively managing risks, issues and variations

- Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed specifications, quality standards and deadlines

- Reviewing project documentation, drawings, specifications and scopes of work

- Managing procurement and coordinating materials and resources

- Working closely with our workshop and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery





- Providing regular project updates to management and clients

- Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality and industry requirements

- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service

About you

- Demonstrated project management experience

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience managing project budgets, schedules and deliverables

- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail

- The ability to work effectively with clients, trades, suppliers and internal teams

- Experience in the steel fabrication, structural steel, engineering, construction or manufacturing industries will be highly regarded
