The Opportunity | About the Job

This is an exciting chance to be part of a perfectly sized, energetic team that delivers high quality projects where creativity and passion are valued.

The Senior Interior Designer will be involved in all phases of the design stage; from sales, all the way through to design, planning, compliance, finishes, furnishings to hand over. Leading individual projects with the Head of Design and working collaboratively with each department; estimating and projects. You will be apart of pitches, presentations, developing construction documentation sets, mood boards, obtaining clients briefs and liaising with consultants/clients.

Role Expectations





- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in designs within the design and construct industry, specialising in office fitouts.

- Qualification in your field

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the team.

- Strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail, creative vision, and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Strong leadership skills to guide, mentor and direct team.

- Full time position based in North Sydney office.

- Proficiency in software such as Revit with understanding using Sketchup, Adobe Suites, Indesign and Photoshop

- Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and other relevant regulations in the NCC and Australian Standards.

- Conduct site visits and completed accurate inspections.

- Passion for creating beautiful, functional and sustainable interior spaces

- Excellent design visions

- Strong communication skills to speak confidently with subcontractors and suppliers

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
