Dickson Taphouse is a vibrant local pub located in the Inner North of Canberra, known for its friendly atmosphere, delicious food and wide selection of 18 different independently owned beers.
This is an exciting prospect to join the Taphouse team as the Venue Manager.
5 years after opening Dickson Taphouse sales continue to grow and we have developed a loyal and growing customer base. An opportunity exists to build on this already succesful business by injecting new ideas and building on our large range of weekly specials and events.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role in hospitality.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for the hospitality industry and customer satisfaction.
Current RSA certificate and knowledge of responsible service of alcohol.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
