As a Barista, you'll be part of one of our busiest café locations, producing more than 3,000 coffees per week. We're looking for a passionate and experienced coffee professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service every day. You will craft every coffee experience with care, consistency, and attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
When you join the team, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years' recent barista experience in a busy café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including coffee shot extraction, milk texturing, and milk splitting
- Ability to manage high coffee volumes while maintaining quality and consistency
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections
- Energy and motivation to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills without compromising the customer experience
- Confidence promoting in-store offers and engaging with customers
- A safety-first approach and ability to remain calm in emergency situations
- Reliability and commitment to the rostered hours below
Working Hours
Most of our stores are open 24 hours so our customers can stock up on essential groceries, grab a hot snack or take a moment to unwind. As a part time employee, you’ll enjoy the predictability of these core hours:
