Metalform Industries is a locally owned and operated Fabrication and CNC Machining Company located in Rathmines Industrial Estate. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we're looking to add experienced Machinists to our team.

About the role

Operating manual lathes and mills, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and working with a variety of materials to produce high-quality components. The role involves ensuring precision and efficiency in all machining processes, conducting thorough quality inspections to meet strict specifications, and collaborating with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Operating manual lathes and mills

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Fitting and Assembling Metal Parts

Working with a variety of materials to produce high-quality components

Ensuring precision and efficiency in all machining processes

Using precision measuring instruments





Conducting thorough quality inspections to meet strict specifications

Collaborating with the workshop team to meet production deadlines

About you

Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to complete a pre-employment lung and hearing test
