Job Summary

We are seeking a locum ASAR Registered Sonographer to join a hospital setting in Taree, NSW commencing from mid January 2026.

About the role





- Monday to Friday role with optional weekends
- Hospital setting
- Mixed case load 50% General & 50% Obstetrics
- 30 minute scan times for general, 30 – 90 minutes scan times for obstetrics
- Team shared lists
- Equipment: Canon i600 & Philips EPIQ 7G

Skills & Experience

- Post graduate qualification in ultrasound
- Proficient in General, Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Australian Sonographer Association Registry (ASAR) Registration
- Collaborative team player with excellent time management, communication skills and professionalism
- Post graduate hospital experience

Other requirements

- Current employee police check
- Current NSW Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current evidence of immunisation history and serology results
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to meet client credentialling requirements. Our team will guide you through this process
