VALD is seeking a Payroll Manager to deliver accurate, compliant payroll globally across Australia, the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, contract drafting, and system setup.

You will lead a small payroll team, optimize controls, and partner with CFO, Finance, Legal and IT to scale a global payroll function. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in payroll, multi-country experience and solid communication skills to explain payslips clearly.
