Flinders + Co, based in Port Melbourne, is seeking experienced knifehands and butchers to join our quick-growing team. You will cut meat primals, portion servings, and help produce gourmet burgers and sausages for top restaurants and retailers.

The role involves working with a Day Shift Production Team, handling a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and potential to design new products for our food service customers. Shift is 8am–4pm, offering a pathway to advance within the company.
