Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Melbourne VIC is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to provide executive support to two Directors within Emergency Management Victoria. You will contribute to a range of projects in a fast-paced workplace and help keep leadership well informed and supported.

Key duties include inbox, diary and meeting management; prioritising emails, briefs and invoices; and collaborating with the EMV Business Support team to ensure timely follow-up.
