Are you an experienced Test Analyst looking for long-term stability on high-impact digital initiatives?

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Analyst for a 12-month initial contract with potential for 2 x 12-month extensions!

? Key Highlights & Term

- Contract Duration: 12 Months Initial Contract + 2 x 12-Month Possible Extensions (Up to 3 Years Total)
- Location: Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), or Melbourne (VIC)
- Working Arrangements: Onsite for the initial onboarding period (approx. 6 weeks), transitioning into a flexible hybrid mode
- Security Requirement: Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Federal Government Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)

? Key Responsibilities

- Test Design & Execution: Derive functional and non-functional acceptance criteria from business rules and user stories to execute end-to-end test scenarios.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage software bugs across platforms and external vendor environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Testing Methods & Tools: Apply best-practice testing frameworks across manual and automated testing suites.




- Usability & Accessibility: Validate digital products against user experience evaluation standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Team Guidance: Support and delegate tasks to junior team members while escalating key risks to senior project leads.

? What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in software testing across large-scale enterprise or government environments.
- Alignment with SFIA Level 4 capabilities in Acceptance Testing, Methods & Tools, and System Testing.
- Hands-on experience working with synthetic test data and vendor integration test environments.
- Familiarity with usability evaluations and accessibility compliance standards.
