Your opportunity

This is an exciting chance to bring Dairy Australia’s stories, information and expertise to life through engaging digital and multimedia content.

As Content Producer, you will work with audience leads, content owners and subject-matter experts to uncover compelling stories and turn them into content that connects with different audiences. Using your hands-on production expertise across video, audio, photography, podcasts and digital content, you will help make complex information clear, practical and engaging.

Reporting To The Design Manager, You Will

- Create and produce engaging content for websites, EDMs, social media, video and podcasts.
- Lead hands-on filming, recording, editing and post-production across multimedia formats.
- Adapt and repurpose stories into content tailored to different audiences, channels and formats.




- Work across Dairy Australia to identify and develop authentic stories and content opportunities.
- Use audience feedback and performance insights to refine content and creative approaches.
- Explore emerging formats, production techniques and approved tools while maintaining required standards.

About You You are a creative and practical content producer who can take a story from initial concept through to final delivery. You bring strong visual judgement, technical capability and a collaborative approach, with the curiosity to explore new formats and find better ways to connect with audiences. Success In This Role Will Be Supported By Your

- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in digital media, content production or communications.
- Experience producing content across video, audio, photography, social media, websites and podcasts.
- Hands-on capability in concept development, filming, recording, editing and post-production.
- Understanding of audience-led storytelling and how content can be tailored to different channels and formats.
- Ability to use content performance, audience insights and feedback to guide improvements.
- Strong stakeholder skills, creative judgement and attention to quality, accuracy and detail.
