In This Role, You Will

- Coordinate and support clinical education for occupational therapy students and new graduates across Logan, Beaudesert, QEII and Redland facilities, including mental health and community services.
- Build the confidence, skills and knowledge of clinicians in delivering high-quality clinical education.
- Provide clinical advice, supervision and guidance to students and new graduates, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with clinical educators, university partners and multidisciplinary teams to improve education practices and learning opportunities.
- Contribute to service improvement, evidence-based practice and innovative clinical education initiatives across Metro South Health.

About you You're an experienced occupational therapist who enjoys sharing knowledge, building relationships and helping others reach their potential. You'll bring:

- Strong occupational therapy clinical knowledge, expertise and professional judgement.
- The ability to support clinical education and respond to the learning needs of students, new graduates and staff.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,



with the ability to build effective partnerships and provide clinical advice.
- Leadership and initiative, including the ability to plan, implement and evaluate service improvement activities.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning and delivering safe, high-quality care.

Mandatory requirements: A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) are required. Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
