Find Your People is a female owned social enterprise startup building a first-of-its-kind recruiter-led, de-identified talent marketplace designed to reduce bias and increase efficiency in casual hiring across construction and healthcare.

Unlike job boards, we reverse the advertising process, enable recruiters to upload vetted candidates for employers to browse instantly - shifting the industry from reactive sourcing to live talent liquidity.

We are building the MVP and preparing to pilot with three employer groups and ten recruitment agencies early 2027.

Our mission is simple: create fairer, faster, bias-free hiring pathways. Our vision is to remove barriers to employment.

The Opportunity:

This role is offering a meaningful equity stake after a small project trial, and a salary (once we reach our funding goals or our revenue goals), so would suit someone who is seeking to part-own a large scale business and happy to volunteer contributions on an agreement until we meet these milestones.

Role Description The Technical Co-Founder will play a key role in leading the build of our MVP and beyond, and establish strong technical foundations for growth.

This is a hands-on senior CTO or Senior Engineer role focused on practical, sustainable execution in an early-stage environment.

The role involves collaborating closely with non-technical co-founders on business strategy, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives through technology, and using data to enhance participant experience and operational efficiency. The Technical Co-Founder will also be responsible for setting technical standards, assessing new technologies, and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with the organization’s values and mission.

You will

- Lead the MVP architecture and build through GCS
- Translate product workflows into scalable system design
- Make commercially sound technical decisions
- Ensure early-stage capital is used efficiently
- Create a clean,



maintainable codebase that can scale day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing technical solutions, overseeing product development, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital tools used by participants, partners, and internal teams.

What about AI? Our new Co FOunder will be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code. AI should enhance strong engineering fundamentals, not replace them.

Qualifications and Experience:

CORE EXPERIENCE

- Advanced experience in commercial software development
- Robust experience with Firebase / Google Cloud
- Node.js, Express, TypeScript, React
- Serverless architecture experience
- MVP or early product delivery experience

Equivalent practical experience is valued alongside formal qualifications.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE (NOT ESSENTIAL)

- ATS or CRM integrations
- SaaS or marketplace platform experience
- Privacy-sensitive system design
- React Native

Formal computer science education is valued. Equivalent depth through experience or mentoring is equally respected.
